Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax +11 finally put an end to my problem of poor shoe choices. I was heaving weight problems and foot problems. The weight aggravated my heel pains and my foot pains prevented me from getting enough exercise. It was a dilemma that only my podiatrist was able to solve.

I had this incessant heel problem which I experienced in every first step I take every morning. It will go away for awhile but as soon as I have spent sometime working at the barber shop, my heels would start acting up again. In fact, I have bunions which I developed ever since I can remember and my podiatrist said it came with being flat footed and not buying the right shoes.

It was not right for me to go barefoot either if I was running on my treadmills to workout. I was making it difficult for my feet to maintain stability because it was trying hard to control motion without any support at midsole. My heel felt pain because it came in direct contact with the ground without anything to absorb the impact. I might have been lucky with some of the shoes I wore but often unlucky since I developed all those bunions due to all the wrong foot gear.

Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax was recommended by my Prodiatrist :

Now my podiatrist researched the net for me (admittedly I did not know how), and came up with Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax as his recommendation because it had all the features ideal for someone who had flat feet like me. Had I consulted a podiatrist earlier, I would have learned how to choose the right kind of shoes.

Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax he said was lightweight and had a midfoot plastic shank called Footbridge. It is what running shoes expert call as stability shoe and ideal for my low arch. This Footbridge as my podiatrist pointed out will prevent my heel from hitting the ground directly at impact. Now the cushioning units will provide the appropriate support when the transition of my gait from heel to toe takes place.

Of course, I did not waste time and went from podiatrist to the local running shoes store. The Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax +11 was the one for me and it was even better looking than the one I saw in the Internet. I would have preferred the blue and white tone but only the white and red tones were available for my size. The moment I put them on, I seemed to recall all that my podiatrist tried to explain to me. It was all like he said. There was less heel pain and on top of that my bunions had more room and cushion comfort.

To think that I wasted all those years and money on the wrong kind of shoes without knowing that there were shoes like Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax to resolve my heel pains. I can say that I am much lighter with my gait without having to drag my heel around the barbers chair while doing my job.

A lot of people think it is because I lost weight but it is actually a combination of everything. I was able to lose weight because I am now wearing a Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax + 11, if not for these shoes, I would still be nursing the worsening heel pain. Since then, I also tried researching the Internet for solutions about my weight loss problem.
