New Balance MR 1123

The New Balance MR 1123 MC are the most comfortable running shoes I have tried. I am over 220 pounds, with flat feet, so I need a good straight lasted MC shoe. It is difficult to find a true straight lasted shoe. These have provided the best combination of cushioning and support yet. I have tried the Brooks Beast, Nike Equalon +, Saucony Stabils, and Asics GT 2130. None provided the support I needed.

I am now on my second pair. Only downsides are the price ($148), the mileage I got out of them before I wore the sole out (200 miles)and the color options (only black on white). However, I no longer have the foot and knee problems I suffered with the other shoes mentioned.
